Day 36: Beach and Some Rain

We headed for the beach in the morning, which included wave jumping, sand running, and some beach paddle ball. We also learned about fishing from the shore from a local.

We couldn’t get the same site for the entire six days, so we had to move today. We took the opportunity to swing by the dump station, and while we were there, we all took showers, so we were able to leave with clean bodies and empty holding tanks.

At the new site, we had an indoor afternoon due to the rain. We watched some college football, followed by the LEGO movie. During part of the LEGO movie, Cooper and I went on a bike ride and played some UNO to enjoy some 1:1 time together.

Instant Pot success! Fortunately, Rob didn’t give up on the Instant Pot, and we all enjoyed a delicious meal because of it tonight. We are definitely in a rut with our cooking ideas so it was nice to spice it up a bit.
