Day 70: Almost Home
Today we knocked off the rest of Montana, Idaho, and started the drive through Washington. Somehow, despite only have a handful of outfits for 10 weeks, today was the first day Cooper and Rob were twinning.

While we were getting the RV ready for the drive the boys snuck in two more rounds of mini golf.

Just as the skies opened up, we were all loaded up and ready to hit the road. It was a wet first half, but we have a very clean windshield, and the roads weren’t too tough to navigate in the rain. Today we got to drive under a moving train and see many triple trucks in the mountain passes.

Making the most of our last full day on the road, we stopped on Lake Coeur d’Alene for lunch and a walk to stretch our legs.

We were headed to the Moses Lake Walmart for overnight parking, but on the way Rob found a dry camping spot at the Perch Point Wild Camping Area on the Potholes Reservoir. This was the perfect choice for a fabulous view, relaxing in the quiet, and seeing endless fish jumping.

After about three more hours on the road tomorrow, we will be home! We are all so excited.
